ADIF TRAIN STATION, AVE DE LEÓN
In collaboration with the architecture and with the project engineering on the selection of the smoke evacuation systems for the new AVE station in León. This project will transform the urban environment of the city of León by implementing on the underground more than a kilometer of train track, the renovation and rehabilitation of the marquee of the old station and the construction of a pedestrian walkway on the surface with a distribution of coloured translucent skylights that will provide to the station a new and modernist design. We have installed our smoke evacuation systems Luvia and Devea, with more than 225 units and with the same coloured glass as the skylight where they are installed, achieving a perfect harmony between the safety and aesthetic of this new and innovative project. In addition, inside the platforms, more than 325 m2 of automatic smoke barriers TRIASMOKE DA and 150 m2 of fire curtains TRIAFIRE EW Plus fire curtains have been installed, completing the whole solution with our systems.
CANALEJAS SHOPPING CENTER
We have been involved in the rehabilitation of the prestigious CANALEJAS SHOPPING CENTER , composed by several contiguous buildings of high architectural value, located a few meters from the famous Puerta del Sol, in Madrid, with a total area of more than 50,000 m2, containing a luxury hotel (Four Seasons), private apartments and a commercial space, that will transform the center of Madrid. In addition to the Four Seasons hotel, the first of the chain in Spain, the complex will have a high-level residential area operated by the hotel chain, one of the most prestigious in the world; an exclusive shopping gallery and a gourmet space designed to be the best Spanish gastronomic experience. Working directly with the prestigious architecture studio who has been in charge of this project, we have installed more than 400 m2 of Superfire fire curtains, 150 m2 of Superfire Z (without side guides and with classification EI-90). Furthermore, our Ventlam glass louver systems have been installed in different locations, with the most notable being the main access to the gallery at Carrera de San Jerónimo
CAR PARK SCHEVENINGEN, THE HAGUE
In total over 200 linear meters of smoke control curtains were installed. An environmentally and customer-friendly parking facility, which offer visitors to the beach, boulevard and other attractions in Scheveningen a first-class entrance.” The car park is part of the redevelopment of the North Boulevard, in which the developer is also planning the addition of new commercial areas. The plan preparations are currently in full swing in cooperation with the municipality of The Hague. An investment of 25M€.
MAX CITY SHOPPING CENTER
It was a great pleasure to have been involved in the construction of Istria's largest shopping center, MAX CITY in the city of Pula. In this project we can find over 600 linear meters of the BACHSMOKE DA system. With the investment in the amount of 10 million euros, Max City has five levels, including 60 retail shops with brands from all over the world. HM, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Mango, Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, CCC, SportVision, Elipso, dm, BIPA and Plodine. The top level has a food court with a variety of options with the terrace of the cafe having a sea view. There’s also be a play centre for kids at Twister Fun Park on the top level and the first five-star cinema theatre in Pula. Parking is composed by two levels with 800 spaces and free Wi-Fi.
