CAR PARK SCHEVENINGEN, THE HAGUE
In total over 200 linear meters of smoke control curtains were installed. An environmentally and customer-friendly parking facility, which offer visitors to the beach, boulevard and other attractions in Scheveningen a first-class entrance.” The car park is part of the redevelopment of the North Boulevard, in which the developer is also planning the addition of new commercial areas. The plan preparations are currently in full swing in cooperation with the municipality of The Hague. An investment of 25M€.
MAX CITY SHOPPING CENTER
It was a great pleasure to have been involved in the construction of Istria's largest shopping center, MAX CITY in the city of Pula. In this project we can find over 600 linear meters of the BACHSMOKE DA system. With the investment in the amount of 10 million euros, Max City has five levels, including 60 retail shops with brands from all over the world. HM, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Mango, Reserved, Mohito, Sinsay, CCC, SportVision, Elipso, dm, BIPA and Plodine. The top level has a food court with a variety of options with the terrace of the cafe having a sea view. There’s also be a play centre for kids at Twister Fun Park on the top level and the first five-star cinema theatre in Pula. Parking is composed by two levels with 800 spaces and free Wi-Fi.
FÉLIX SOLÍS WAREHOUSE
With a daily harvest capacity of 7.5 million kilos of grapes, one of the biggest winemakers in the world renovated the warehouse where BACH installed the compact CONFLEX system for sectorization of conveyors. At the same site but in a different building, BACH designed and installed double flap smoke ventilators and smoke curtains for the smoke evacuation system. The project was leaded by the company GRUPO CV, BACH and production management of bodegas FÉLIX SOLÍS.
DELOITTE HEADQUARTERS
Helping to consolidate a daring arquitectural project, BACH installed in the new headquarter of Deloitte, in Lisbon, a system with hidden curtains provided with a fix bezel to the false to the false ceiling that allows to hide the entire technological solution and help to create architectural environments without visual obstacle and with the guarantee of operation in case of fire. The project belongs to the OPENBOOK Architecture atelier, the construction was done by the company TECNIARTE, and BACH collaborated with these two entities in the materialization of the project of the Deloitte’s new office, the Deloitte Hub, in Lisbon, which fill in space of 12000sqm of a modern building in Amoreiras area.
ABC SERRANO SHOPPING
Settled in the luxury area of Barrio de Salamanca in the city center of Madrid, the Shopping mall ABC Serrano was in the past the headquarters of ABC journal, reconverted in a building gathering different stores, supermarkets, restaurants and other services in the same place in the 90´s. For the reform of the old building, BACH was elected to design and install smoke and heat exhaust ventilation and fire protection systems. The whole project was developed by L35 Architecture and constructed by INBISA and CONSTRUCIA.
ALON SHOVAL BUILDING
BACH in cooperation with an Israel Company finished recently the installation of BACHFIRE Z curtains in a very new and iconic building in Tel Aviv. The local architects designed the project choosing one of the most innovative products of BACH keeping at the same time aesthetics and technology together. The BACHFIRE Z curtain helped creating a completely open space around stairs avoiding vertical beams for fixing standard side guides.
